Subject: Weird Dreams and Sleep paralysis

Dear Dr. Paramjeet Singh,

I hope you and your patients are doing fine. Say hi to Vinod and Bhism. Are they still playing gully cricket every Sunday? And did you finally stop smoking?

I really miss our therapy sessions doctor. They helped me get everything out of me and have clarity in life. But ever since, I have moved to Nixenabad. I have just gotten so busy with my job that I couldn't take care of myself. I have started to get sleep paralysis and bad dreams. I want to share one such dream with you through this email just to get it off my chest.

It was just the day before Dusshera holidays (some 2 weeks ago), I had a rough day at work, I couldn't even take a bath or eat something, I just collapsed into my bed. I had a dream where, I was standing on a terrace of a very high building, there was not a stair for me to go down, it was just a terrace there were 2 light poles near me, but other than that I could see nothing. I looked up at the sky, I saw the moon and the stars, they looked very beautiful. I kept staring the heavenly bodies for a while, then I felt like something was off, the moon wasn't the same moon I had known. I had just started to think if it was a dream. I tried going to the boundary of the terrace and I could see nothing there. I suddenly felt like the terrace was starting to shake. I ran off to the center of the terrace and as I was doing that the intensity of the vibrations kept on increasing, suddenly the terrace a huge crack appeared and I fell into it. I immediately woke up from the sudden jolt, like the feeling that you are falling from somewhere and which gives immense terror. I felt a sense of relief after realizing that it was a dream, but that was over as soon as I realized that I couldn't move my hands, or anything at all. And then I saw a doppelgänger looking at me from hall, his eyes were staring me. I was scared, I closed my eyes and tried to sleep again.

I heard some people talking, it felt like they had the same voice as me. But as soon as I opened my eyes, the voices disappeared. I realized that I was still in my office attire.

All of it felt so real. I have stopped having dreams since then. Sorry for just pouring everything here.

Have a great day ahead, Doctor!

Ramnath.

Dear Ramnath,

I was elated to read from you. You were one of the most interesting patients I have ever had (No, I don't tell that to every patient). I have read your entire email, but before we get into that, tell me, how is your work-life balance going? From what I have read it doesn't seem to be going well. And as for Vinod and Bhism, they haven't changed a bit. They still go to play gully cricket every day. I have been trying to get rid of my smoking addiction, and I am happy to report that I have been actually making progress, I smoke once per day now.

I read your story, were you drunk before you slept? Also when you saw the doppelgänger, were you awake? I think we need to talk more about for me to make any comments.

I will be awaiting your reply. Please take of yourself and remove stress from your life.

Warm regards,

Dr. Paramjeet Singh

Dear Dr. Paramjeet Singh,

Glad to hear that Vinod, Bhism, and you are doing well, doctor.

Regarding your questions, I want to assure you that I have completely stopped drinking, so I wasn't intoxicated when I had the dream. It felt incredibly real, almost as if I was awake and experiencing it firsthand. My doppelgänger in the dream was menacing, as it felt like a reflection of myself observing me with a haunting gaze.

I am more than willing to share more about the dream, as it has left a profound impact on me. The intensity of the dreams has subsided for now, but I have completely stopped having any dreams at all. It's as if they disappeared as suddenly as they came.

I hope this provides some clues into my current situation. If there's anything specific you would like to know or any guidance you can offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you, Dr. Singh, and have a great day ahead!

Ramnath.

Dear Dr. Paramjeet Singh,

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to share an update with you regarding the strange occurrences that have been happening in my life.

As I mentioned in my previous email, the intensity of the dreams had subsided, but now I find myself facing an even more unsettling situation. I've been feeling as though I'm being followed by my doppelgänger.

In fact, I'm currently staying at a friend's home because I couldn't bear the thought of going back to my own house. It all started when I woke up in the middle of the night, I heard noises from my attic, convinced that there was an intruder in my home. I couldn't shake off the feeling that there was a thief lurking around, despite finding no evidence of anyone being there. The fear became so overwhelming that I had to seek refuge elsewhere.

But the most chilling part is what happened last night. I had another dream, but this time it was different. I found myself walking through the deserted streets of Nixenabad, the air was cold, and the moonlight was serving as the streetlights. It was a surreal experience, as if I had no control over my own body. The next thing I remember is standing in the middle of the road, with my doppelgänger watching me from the terrace of my home. The same menacing look in its eyes, as if it derived pleasure from my confusion and fear. The next day I woke up in my hall.

I can't explain why I keep seeing this doppelgänger or what its purpose might be. It's as though it's trying to invade my life, haunting my dreams and now even appearing in my waking moments. I'm afraid to sleep, afraid to be alone, and constantly on edge. That is why I have started sleeping at my friend's home for a while.

Dr. Singh, I'm reaching out to you in the hopes that you can offer some guidance or insight into this increasingly distressing situation. I don't know how much longer I can endure this torment. Your expertise and support mean a great deal to me, and I trust your judgment in helping me unravel the mysteries that surround me.

Thank you for your understanding, and I eagerly await your response.

Sincerely,

Ramnath

Dear Ramnath,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the latest developments in your situation. I want you to know that I take your concerns seriously, and I am committed to helping you navigate through these distressing experiences.

The presence of the doppelgänger in your dreams and now in your waking moments is indeed unsettling. It suggests a deeper psychological significance that we need to explore further. It's possible that this doppelgänger represents a manifestation of your subconscious, reflecting unresolved conflicts or fears.

In order to assist you further, I would appreciate it if you could provide more details about your experiences with the doppelgänger. Any additional information, such as the frequency of its appearances, any changes in your surroundings when it manifests, or any other significant observations, will help me gain a better understanding of the situation.

Also, have you found evidence of any thieves near your house? Or any evidence of people trying to get into your home? Did you go inside the attic to check? I would recommend you to go their yourself.

I also encourage you to continue seeking solace at your friend's home, as a supportive environment is crucial for your well-being during this challenging time.

Please take your time to share any additional details or concerns you have, and I will be here to support you every step of the way. Remember, you are not alone in this, Ramnath. We will work together to unravel the mysteries and find a path toward healing.

Dear Dr. Singh,

Thank you for your prompt response and understanding. I wanted to share an update on the steps I've taken to address the situation.

Following your advice, I mustered up the courage to investigate the attic myself. To my surprise, I discovered an opening inside my safe that seemed to lead to a hidden passage. Although I did not venture further, the mere existence of this hidden passage raises concerns about potential intruders or unauthorized access to my home.

In light of these unsettling discoveries, I have taken measures to enhance my security. I have installed CCTV cameras in my room to monitor any suspicious activities. This way, I hope to capture any evidence that might shed light on the mysterious occurrences I've been experiencing.

While these actions provide a sense of reassurance, I understand that there may be deeper psychological factors at play. I am open to exploring those aspects further and would appreciate any additional insights or suggestions you may have.

I want to thank you for your continued support, Dr. Singh. Furthermore, I trust your guidance to help me uncover the truth and find peace of mind.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,

Ramnath

Subject: Urgent Update: Disturbing Turn of Events

After discovering the hidden chamber in my attic and installing the CCTV cameras, I believed I was taking steps towards unraveling the mysteries surrounding me. However, things have taken a terrifying and unforeseen direction.

Late last night, as I was reviewing the footage from the CCTV cameras, I witnessed something that shook me to my core. A figure, unlike anything I've ever seen before, appeared on the screen. It was not my doppelgänger, but an otherworldly being. Its presence emanated a malevolence that sent chills down my spine. The being had 2 legs and 1 head and nothing else. It had was using its one leg to stand and other one to do other stuff.

As I was watching the recording, I saw it looking through my books, notebooks and my desktop computer which I had left there.

The being seemed to possess an unearthly power, manipulating the surrounding environment. The cameras malfunctioned, the lights flickered uncontrollably, and a strange energy filled the room. As I was watching the live CCTV feed last night, I noticed that the being was looking directly into my eyes. I immediately recognized those menacing eyes. And within seconds he turned into my doppelgänger.

I implore you, Dr. Singh, to believe the gravity of my words, I am not dreaming. These forces are beyond human comprehension, and they pose a grave danger not only to me but potentially to others as well. I am writing this email as a last resort, desperately seeking your assistance before it's too late.

I fear for my life, as it seems the alien entity has a sinister agenda. Its purpose remains unknown, but its intentions are far from benevolent. I am trapped in a nightmarish web, and I don't know how to break free.

Please, Dr. Singh, I beg you to help me find a solution, to uncover the truth behind these inexplicable events. I no longer feel safe in my own home, and every passing moment is filled with dread.

I await your guidance and support, praying that together we can thwart this alien influence and protect ourselves from its malevolent grasp.

Dear Ramnath,

I write to you today with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes. I have received the devastating news of your untimely demise, and I am overwhelmed with grief. I cannot express the depth of sorrow that engulfs me as I realize that I could not offer you the help and protection you desperately needed.

Ramnath, I want you to know that your life was valuable, and you did not deserve to be consumed by the forces that haunted you. I am haunted by my own sense of helplessness, as I couldn't intervene in time to save you from the clutches of the otherworldly presence that plagued your existence.

Your words in the previous email resonate with me, and I believe every word you wrote. The chilling presence of the being and its malevolent actions were undeniable. But I was unable to read your email in time. It's all my fault.

I sit here, questioning my abilities and feeling the weight of failure, knowing that I couldn't protect you from the sinister agenda of the alien entity. My heart aches for the pain you endured, and I wish I could have done more to ease your suffering.

Please know that you were not alone in this journey. I stood by your side through our exchanges, trying to provide guidance and support in the face of unfathomable circumstances. In the wake of your passing, I will continue my research and investigation, seeking answers and understanding preventing others from suffering a similar fate. Your experience will not be in vain, as I am committed to unraveling the mysteries surrounding these otherworldly forces.

Ramnath, you will be missed. May your soul find peace in the realms beyond, and may your memory serve as a beacon of resilience and strength.

With a heavy heart,

Dr. Paramjeet Singh.
